Ella touches her nose and eyes

Well Ella is brilliant! Today she was playing with a neigborhood kid and the mom for the other kid said watch what Tyler can touch his nose and eyes. He did it on cue. Lynnette said Ella doesnt know how to do that yet so she tried. "Ella touch your nose" and she did it right away. Then she said "Ella touch your eyes" and she did. Wow she is learning stuff quickly all by herself.

Ella's Trip to Florida 2005

Well we are home from the Mullins family vacation in Orlando...we drove 200 miles out of our way to avoid hurricane Dennis but arrived safely and had a fabulous time.

Ella is excited to go on vacation and is helping unpack the bag before we leave tomorrow. It is going to be a long trip to Florida....17hrs and a possible hurricane (no not Ella) Dennis.

Ella you are the most beautiful baby. I can't go very far without people stopping me and telling me how pretty you are and what beautiful eyes you have. As you're growing every day, you are developing such a wonderful personality, full of life, totally fearless and so much fun. What a miracle and a joy to my life you are. I love you Ella xoxo Mommy

Didn't want me to leave for work today

So Ella slept like a champ this morning till almost 7:30. I was about to walk out the door and she woke up so I went to get her out of bed and she dragged along her pasifier (known from now on as "passi") and her blanket. When I put her down to go out the door she walked over and held on tight to my legs. It was quite cute and I wished I could of stayed home with her and Lynnette, especially with the bombings that happened in London today. It hit home pretty close as one of our friends was on the tube that was bombed but he is safe and was not injured. We are very blessed to be safe!

Then as I was getting in the car they came out to the garage and she wanted in the car so i took her for a spin in the front seat from the top o the driveway to the end of the driveway and that was pretty exciting for her.
